Douglas A-4E Skyhawk (NF 300) secured on the deck of the USS Hancock CVA19 when visiting Sasebo, Japan in 1967. This aircraft was assigned to Attack Squadron NINETY THREE (VA-93 Blue Blazers) of Carrier Air Wing 5 (CVW-5).  RM3 Randy Lee of Sunnyvale CA snapped this photo  during the 5 Jan 1967 to 22 Jul 1967 Westpac deployment. 

Historical Notes:
(1) May 26, 1967: VA-93 Blue Blazer A-4E Skyhawk BuNo. 152022, side number NF 300 was shot down by anti-aircraft fire over North Vietnam.
Lieutenant Junior Grade Read Mecleary, United States Navy successfully ejected, was captured and made Prisoner-Of-War.
