This is a view as would be seen entering Radio 1 from crypto. RM2 D.M. Robinson with
the handset is on the left along with Ens. W.J. Van Lare (Thanks to
Darrell
Dehart for identifying RM2 Robinson and also thanks to P.J.
Condon for identifying Ens. Van Lare). The compartment to the right through the passage is the Radio
1 Annex. The handset being used was probably connected to "Hi-comm",
a HF SSB circuit. Please let me know via email
